We stripped the failed lead, checked and repaired the timber decking beneath, then dressed new code 5 milled lead over the bay with hand-formed welted seams, clean drip edges and a traditional scalloped lead apron to match the character of the house. Finished with patination oil to prevent staining to the brickwork below — a long-life, fully watertight covering.
