- A single-piece rubber sheet laid without seams across the roof — our default choice for garages and extensions in the Essex coastal climate. Highly resistant to UV and to the salt-laden air along the Southend and Leigh seafront.
- GRP fibreglass
- Laid in place as resin and matting, cured to a hard, walkable, seamless surface with colour-matched topcoat. Ideal for balconies, dormers and anywhere the roof is visible or gets foot traffic.
- Torch-on felt (3-layer)
- The traditional system, still the right call on some outbuildings and low-budget garages. We only ever use 3-layer with a mineral cap sheet — never single-layer patch jobs.
- OSB3 decking and treated firrings
- Where the existing deck has softened we replace it in moisture-resistant OSB3 over treated firrings cut to create a proper fall to the outlet.
