Cast Iron to uPVC Downpipe Replacement — Southend-on-Sea

Removed a corroded cast iron downpipe and hopper on a Southend-on-Sea property and replaced with a matching low-maintenance uPVC downpipe system. Improved drainage away from the wall, eliminated staining and stopped water tracking into the render. Full clean-down and paint touch-up on completion.
